Nadia Brannon
Nadia Brannon is a litigation consultant and an expert witness. She is a
Principal at LECG, a global expert services and consulting firm, where she
co-leads its national Data Analytics practice.
Ms. Brannon specializes in damages quantification, statistical analysis and
database forensics.
For over 15 years she has been helping her clients, major law firms and Fortune
500 corporations, to resolve complex commercial disputes. Ms. Brannon advised
counsel in a broad variety of complex litigation matters, class actions and
financial investigations. There include breach of contract, financial and
employment disputes, insurance claims, complex fraud and forensic accounting
investigations, etc. Ms. Brannon led consulting teams in some of the largest
national class actions involving millions of class members.
Throughout her career, Ms. Brannon held various consulting positions at
Deloitte, PriceWaterhouseCoopers ("PwcC"), Ernst & Young and Ecor Consulting.
While at PwC, she advised the government of Ukraine on mass privatization and
economic restructuring of its energy industries.
Ms. Brannon received her Master of Science degree in Economics from Oklahoma
State University through a prestigious Muskie Fellowship Program. She also holds
a graduate degree of engineer-economist from Ivano-Frankivsk Technical
University, Ukraine.
She is a president of SFERA, Russian - American Business Women Association and a
long-standing member of the Business Development Committee of the Queen's Bench.
