Linda Jackson

Linda Jackson is an Executive Recruiter. Most recently as a Senior Associate with Spencer Stuart in San Francisco for the past ten years, Linda specializes in recruiting C-Level finance and accounting executives in a variety of industries as well as senior executives in the Financial Services industry. Her successful placements throughout the Bay Area and the United States include Fortune 1000 CFOs, Controllers and Heads of Audit, Board Directors in finance and audit capacities, and Investment Bankers, Money Managers and Research Analysts.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart and the talent management industry, Linda was National Product Manager for a $20 million Small Business Owner's commercial insurance product at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, headquartered in Novato, CA. Her successful career in insurance began at Fireman's Fund in Minneapolis, MN in Risk Management. Linda enjoyed various promotions in the organization before moving to California and the company's corporate headquarters.

Linda holds a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota. She resides in Corte Madera with her husband, a middle school teacher and student counselor in Marin County, and their cat, Eppie. Professionally, Linda enjoys coaching, mentoring and helping people aspire to their highest career goals. Personally, she loves tending her rose garden, painting in watercolors and walking the Dipsea Steps. Linda is active in various professional and nonprofit organizations. These include: Committee Co-Chair of the FWA Financial Woman of the Year event, Women's Initiative for Self Employment and the Taproot Foundation.
