Monique Jewett-Brewster

Monique Jewett-Brewster is an attorney in the Litigation and Financial Solutions Practice Groups of Buchalter Nemer, PC, a mid-sized full service business law firm. She is resident in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Jewett-Brewster focuses her practice on creditors' rights and remedies upon default, and represents both unsecured and secured creditors in state and federal district, appellate and bankruptcy courts nationwide. She also specializes in workouts and restructurings of large ticket leases, secured loans and guaranty transactions. Her clients include financial institutions, factors, and commercial landlords.

Ms. Jewett-Brewster graduated with a BA in Politics and minor in Japanese from the University of San Francisco, and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California School of Law in 2001.
