Susanne Leisy

Susanne Leisy is the Vice President of Investment Product Management at Charles Schwab & Co. in San Francisco. She leads the product management teams covering alternative investments, small business and personal retirement accounts, educational and custodial savings accounts, and personal trusts and estates. Ms. Leisy has over 15 years experience designing and launching new investment products and lines of business for financial services companies.

Prior to joining Charles Schwab, Ms. Leisy managed and consolidated multiple investment advisory product platform offerings at JPMorgan Chase, while helping grow assets under management from $200 million to over $2 billion. She was also previously a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and Mitchell Madison Group, where she focused on wealth management, retail banking and capital markets clients. Early in her career, Ms. Leisy was a corporate finance associate raising private capital, and underwrote commercial real estate loans and municipal bond offerings.

Ms. Leisy received her bachelor's degree from Smith College, and holds an MBA from Columbia University. She is a board member of the Financial Women's Association of San Francisco, and is an active fundraiser for several organizations supporting women's mentoring and education.
