Linda Wagner

Linda Wagner is the Executive Director of the Marin Workforce Housing Trust whose mission is to provide low-interest rate loans to developers of affordable workforce housing in Marin. As Executive Director, she provides leadership in program development, fundraising, communications and financial management of the Trust. She also is responsible for ensuring that the Trust has a long-range strategy to carry out its mission.

Prior to joining the Marin Workforce Housing Trust, Linda was with Citigroup as National Business Development manager for the wholesale home equity group. Her industry experience spans financial services, mortgage finance, real estate and decision technology. She is an accomplished leader who has held regional and national management positions in business development, strategic marketing and sales management at GMAC Rescap, Fair Isaac, Prudential Real Estate, Hewlett-Packard and Freddie Mac.

An active volunteer in the community, Linda currently serves on the boards of Sunny Hills Services in San Anselmo, the YWCA of San Francisco/Marin and the Financial Women's Association of San Francisco. She resides in Mill Valley.

Linda is a triathlete and marathoner and has participated in several fundraising seasons with the Leukemia Society's Team in Training program where she also mentored a marathon team.

She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois where she majored in finance. In 2008, she graduated from the Executive program in Sustainable Management at the Presidio School in San Francisco where she is focused on the development, marketing and financing of sustainable real estate.
