Register today for this very special luncheon and
afternoon program on Tuesday, April 25, at the Hyatt Regency
San Francisco, 5 Embarcadero Center. This educational and
networking event will examine challenges facing the
financial industry and its members. Two keynotes speeches
and five breakout sessions will explore issues of
leadership, technology, the global economy, an aging
workforce, and changing work environments. Between the
keynote presentations, participants will choose to attend
two of five breakout sessions. Cocktails and networking
follow the second keynote address.

Keynote Speakers:
Patricia C. Dunn, "Leadership, Learning and Life"
The former global chief executive of Barclays Global
Investors, Ms. Dunn serves as the firm’s non-executive
vice-chairman, addressing issues of corporate governance and
providing expertise on strategic initiatives. She is
non-executive chairman of board at Hewlett-Packard, serves
on the Advisory Board of the Haas School of Business at the
University of California at Berkeley, and is a director of
Larkin Street Youth Services in San Francisco. Ms. Dunn was
the FWA 2001 Financial Woman of the Year.
Cari M. Dominguez, "Women: The Growing Global Capital"
Ms. Dominguez is the 12th Chairwoman of the U.S. Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She draws her
wealth of employment experience from a variety of
settings—as a business owner, a consultant and a corporate
executive. During her years with the U.S. Department of
Labor, she launched the department's "Glass Ceiling
Initiative," designed to remove invisible barriers from the
workplace. Her corporate experience includes human resources
positions with Bank America Corporation, including Director
of Executive Programs. She received Bank America CEO's
"Eagle Award," the highest corporate recognition for
functional excellence.

Business?
In what ways do flexible workplace scenarios – including
flexible hours, job sharing and telecommuting –confer
competitive advantages and yet pose challenges to employers?
