The Financial Women’s
Association Of San Francisco
presents
A Professional Development Series Event:
"Create Your Executive Presence: How to Become An
Influential Business Leader and Effective Executive"
Executive presence means conveying confidence as a
business leader, being respected as an authority, and having
a professional magnetism that influences others. With
executive presence, you trade passivity and self-doubt for
self-assurance and the ability to pro-actively navigate the
corporate landscape as a high-potential employee. No matter
what your position, the more executive presence you have,
the more others will seek your support and leadership.
During this innovative presentation you’ll learn how to
advance up the corporate ladder quickly and effectively
through increased exposure, visibility, and self-promotion.
The end result is an extraordinary career in which you reach
your full leadership potential.
This presentation will demonstrate how to:
Know your worth and be comfortable communicating it to
others;
Put yourself in situations in which you can create
impact, exercise influence, and be recognized for your
accomplishments;
Boost visibility for your significant victories on key
projects;
Learn how to stand out and increase your visibility;
Gain the confidence and respect of your co-workers and
supervisors;
Identify upper-management advocates who will endorse
your advancement;
Dispel any doubts regarding your abilities, influence,
and advancement; and
Successfully navigate company politics and use them to
your benefit. ?
