If you already have a sponsor and have attended at least one FWA event, fill out the form below and click the continue button.

If your application is received by the 20th of the month, it will be reviewed by the membership committee for completeness, including your sponsor's application addendum. A membership committee member will contact you if there is missing information or there are questions about your application. Complete applications will be considered at the next monthly FWA Board meeting (generally the first Tuesday of the month). You will be notified shortly after the Board meeting of the status of your application and new members will receive an information packet in the mail
